are these good size rims

im not sure im a nebie but are these a good size to go with
18 x 8.5

is this the right bolt pattern
5 x 114.3

18 x 8.5 on front 25 offset
18 x 9.5 on rear 30 offset

This is what Nismo uses.

is the ex.(9.5) the width......the lip that makes it look deep?
