Sorry man, $2000-$2400 will only get you 18s by themselves (no tires) shipped, that is unless Jeremy is REALLY got out of this world deals...and yes, they are VERY light wheels. The 18s weigh in at roughly 18 pounds (correct me if I am wrong), don't know about the 19s....

BTW that car is AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!! ....the gunmetal and bronze TE37s have always been my dream wheels (like a lot of people, no secret there) ....However I was thinking that the two piece Gram Light 57Pros would be the wheel I would get for my Z....but after seeing your car, there is no way I would put anything but TE37s as well (18s only though ....19s are just too expensive for me).

Umm.. that IS the stock suspension. I have about 2 finger gap in the front and about 1.5 finger gap in back... I don't even know if I need to lower the car now, because it sits so nicely. Those pics don't show it perfectly, however, because the ground is kind of sloped, and one wheel is sitting in a little water ditch (that white thing in the blacktop).

NO RUBBING! hehe.. and the tire pressure sensors are hard to put on the wheel because you have to make sure when you mount the tire that they don't jam the sensor, but they fit PERFECTLY and WORK too!
I want my silvers and I want them NOW!!!

How about ride harshness. You said it rides quiter and has sharper turn in (expected), but how about the bumps?

hi res version (1152x864) http://synergytheory.com/misc/shift_hires.jpg

Oh man.. that's totally allright, i'm very very flattered . BTW, i will try to take more pictures, the ones that I took were sort of ad hoc. I wanted to get them up ASAP and just found an empty parking lot (Bad lighting) and snapped a few. I had to go to the stereo shop later that day to get new tweeters done, along with the LED's and the Injen intake.. It was a LOONG day, but a good one

Haha..no.. around 600 was just the wheel. Tires were a bit less than 200 each.

It's actually a smoother ride on 19's, but I think a large part of that has to do with the Toyo tire, I chose it because I know it has a very very smooth ride along with great handling. HOWEVER, at the edge of traction it doesn't break as predictably as the S-03's, and sacrifices a bit of steering feel for the ride comfort. AND NO INCREASED BUMP STEER, and NO ROAD WANDERING!

John, you gotta PM me after you get the Tein's installed with the EDFC. I've been wanting to buy those but have been waiting to hear from someone that has had them installed.

Don't forget.

Yea, you'll have to let me know too... I've been holding off on the TEin's because of that Japanese magazine review which rated those as the lowest of the 4 coilover packages available... But it's nice to get some real user opinions. I believe my next mod will be the Supercharger coming from that South African company in April... Then I'll probably go w/ some stoptech brakes @ the same time and then the Nismo suspension and last a Nismo body kit.

Look in the old modification archives under 'Fairlady Z in Japan' as the poster, I think. Although, being rated lowest in a shoot-out with HKS and Aragosta isn't really a reason not to buy Tein. I was actually leaning toward the Hipermax LS myself.

By the way, Z461, just stunning wheels. Mine won't be here until next week, seeing as how I'm on the East Coast, and may not even be going on the car until March Guess I'm the only one ballsy (or stupid) enough to get bronze though

So you paid $2400 to get more looks when you were already getting them? Why most people driven in their lifes by what other people think about them....

The HKS coils are rated higher on many road test on other cars also. They are very high quality coils.

As in, the wheels look good... Not to get more looks. If I wanted even more looks probably would've gone w/ the GT-C's. Those are EXCELLENT looking also IMO. Gotta love Skidazzle's car.
