Im just curious, because i stll cant say exactly what Volk's RBC color is. Black chrome? but is doesnt look as dark as Racing Hart's black chrome. So what is it? Would you just call it chrome?

 

Its like a chrome paint basically. I like it a lot bc it doesn't look too flashy and ghetto.....

I suggest you see it in person. Looks way different than in pics.

Kinda how "diamond black" and "gloss black" look the same in pics, but totally different in person.

 

RBC is like a powder coat (paint) that is applied to the wheels.
When you put your face to the wheels you can tell that it is a paint but stand back about a foot or 2 and they look chrome.
RBC- Rays Black Coating
RMC- Rays metal Coating
SBC(Raceingharts) stand for Super Black Coating

 

they rays black coating is not nearly as dark as the Super black

 

i heard that Rays discontinued RBC.... but maybe that guy was talking about just in GTC's
