Default Lemans Sunset with gold rims

I have an oppritunity to get an awsome deal on ADR M-Sport rims. but the guy decided to powder-coat the spokes and inside the rims volks colour gold >_<;;. But he did leave the polished lip alone.

I was wondering if anyone has a Lemans Sunset with gold rims so I can see how they look together.

Thanks.

Ed, what rims have you got; they look good on the sunset.

The offset sucks +35mm but that can be fixed with some spacers. The best part is the set of wheels were under a grand using the stock Sh*tenza's...I went with 18's by choice rather than 19's or 20's...

sunset + goldrims = mismatch!!

just stick with silver or you could even go with gunmetal.

Ed, stay with your wheels, dude. They look nice. Definately get spacers. I saw my friends Z before and after he got spacers and man does his car look mean!

As for the volks gold rims. It's just an awsome deal so I wanted to see what it looked like. I know in my head that it is a mismatch and that I should get silver to contrast with the Lemans Sunset, but the deal is soooo good. Why did he have to powder-coat it gold >_<;;

Lemans with gold rims doesn't sound like a good combo.

The H&R 25mm spacers should be arriving at my doorstep next week. I am so pumped! My car is gonna look mean!

But I feel like I am driving a car with a nice suit but wearing scuffed up stock shoes ;( (I still have stock 18" wheels and they have curb rash)

I Think you would have to have the logo's and handles also in Gold for the Full effect, but I think it would be pretty slick.

In the background in the first pic, there is a blue Z. Must be one of those places where everyone has a Z.

Both those pics came from the Local Evolution meet, one of the sponsors here.

I would say in this area (outside DC) there's a bazillion Z's, many modded.
