Is this Possible?
Is it possible https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150040 to run 275-35-19 on all 4 wheels?
If thats the case, what size width would you use?

It's possible if you don't have VDC or TCS (base model).
The overall diameters won't be in the correct stagger, which messes with VDC and/or TCS.
You could do it with 9.5" width all around but you may need a different offset front and back, check an offset calculator.

I run 265 35 18's all around on my stock track wheels. Looks fine and handles awesome. But I have ABS/VDC/TCS all disabled.
I for one am not a big fan of staggered setups. I don't like understeer and that is what staggered setups promote. If you want front grip get some wide tires in the front. There is nothing wrong with running the same size wheels and offset all around on the Z. A lot of people do it but you will run into problems with VDC.
