Yes we can do a multitude of colors and polished lips. Please check out our showroom section for pictures of different finishes on our cars.

Regarding weights...

18*8 weighs approximately 20 lbs with our shortest pad. Weight will be determined by the lip size. The bigger the lip the shorter the backpad, and shorter the backpad is, the lighter the wheel weights. It is difficult because, most cars vary with different offsets, widths, and brake clearance . The widths are different as well as the backpad settings. None of our wheels need spacers. Almost all of our wheels are different front to rear so weights vary a few lbs.

The front is going to weigh somewhere around 21-22 lbs again depending on backside setting, and the rear is going to weigh the 21 or less since it has a really short pad. To give you guys some reference i did weigh a 19*9 that we use with our shortest pad and it weigh 24 lbs.

VQracer, If you read those threads carefully on the other websites and read our terms and conditions, you'll see that we are no scam. It the same customer who cancelled his order halfway and then demanded that we give him back his 50% deposit, even after we had already started on his set. He then proceeded to blast us all over the internet. If you look at our affiliates we work with some of the biggest names in the industry. Also we have sold wheels to a few my350z.com owners and we are all over this website. Maybe they can chime in about our customer service and the quality of our wheels. Another thing since we do manufacture custom wheels, they take 3-5 weeks to be delivered.

This information should be forwarded to Iforged and ask him to address all this directly. I have had a number of communications with him over his wheels he offers and although I was skeptical because of some other things I had heard...I was still considering buying. I was the first one to bring up some of these questions concerning this company and referenced one of the links above that VQracer also cites. I honestly have to say...his pricing is very competative and some guys seem to have gotten what they were promised...but now he is organizing a group buy that could burn a lot of people. I will email him and ask that he address these issues to us directly if he wants to earn our trust. Right now with the additional posts I've read I personally will not even take the risk.

Something I forgot to mention in the initial post. It does take 3-5 weeks to manufacture these custom wheels. Remember they are completely custom. Each piece is different. Also I have had a few questions regarding the finish. The center piece can be painted, powdercoated, brushed aluminum, or polished. If you paint, or powdercoat the center, the actually center piece will be painted, but the centercap, the bolts, and the lip will still be polished. Please check out http://www.iforged.com/showroom for more details.

Hmm.. this is somewhat distressing. The Iforged wheels were one of the top contenders for me. Now I'm a little leary about ordering.

Are there any my350z.com members in or near Irvine, Ca. It would be nice if someone could step up as a liaison for the site members... someone with the ability to meet and talk to the Iforged folks in person...

A friend of mine lives less than 45 minutes from Iforged manufacturing plant and Vince has invited him in for a tour. I don't know if he will be interested in investing the time since I know he is primarily interested in HRE and is touring their facility on Jan 7th (I think that's the date). Anyway, I'll see if he is interested when he returns from vacation. Vince has been very helpful to me by answering questions on a very timely basis...of course this says nothing about coming through with production promises etc....I'm sure as with any company someone somewhere may have had a bad experience but hopefully it has been few and far between. FYI, he has responded to these allegations in an earlier thread, and when I emailed him again asking more questions his response was that he had already commented and that you cannot believe everything you read. He suggested the wheel business is somewhat doggie dog...and that some of the comments were prompted by someone not getting there wheels in less than three weeks. Something to that effect....Vince if you're reading this please feel free to correct me or add to your defense. Anyway...everyone has to make up their own minds I guess. I'm still considering....but if I buy will do so with credit card and have my buddy check it out first.

I would not mind inviting a group of 350z owners to our manufacturing facility for a tour. We are located in Southern Orange County California[around the anaheim area]. If you guys are interested, reply back, so we can setup a meet.

Question

Does anyone have a picture of the FS-6 in a polished finish (preferably 19")?
