I don't think it's so stupid. I mean the nismo's are great wheels and all but I don't think they're nearly as sexy as the work emotions cr's. But that's just me.

haha, they definitely aren't! I love those works. The works are a couple lbs. heavier i think though, and even though they are a strong wheel, they probably arent as strong as the forged.

You really think so? I guess the best person to ask would be Z1.

And if he's listening.... Group Buy!

I think it's 19lb front and 20lb rear... so does it consider heavy?!

I thought it was more like 18 - 19lbs. I'm really not sure but I think I recall Z1 mentioning the his shipping weight is like 20lbs. So one could conclude that the wheels themselves must be less that 20lbs. What I do know is that these wheels with the "right" mounted tires still weigh less than the stock 17".

I had heard 19 front and 20 rear for the emotions... the nismo wheels are supposed to be 18lbs and 19 I think.

What would be the "right" mounted tires?

That would be the right question. One that I'm unable to answer. I'm just like you in where I'm getting my information. The best person to answer those types of question is a person who actually sells or owns these wheels.
Be sure that when Z1 hooks me up with my set I'll be posting a full detailed review of my findings with photos. Until then, all my information is second and third party like everyone else. Sorry.
