Best Color volks on Silverstone?
Whoever said it was right....
Gunmetal makes the car look dull like primer. Don't get it, I can barely tell if my car is painted Silverstone.
Should have went with gold or black.
Dull like a rusted battle ship.

This setup should close the book on this debate. Gunmetal is the way to go with silverstone.
SILVER.... Black looks like pooo, and gunmetal is too much grey color, and they don't match. TACKY as crap IMO. I would go stright silver. It brightens the car.

I might trade my SF-Challenges in for silver Axis wheels. IMHO Axis wheels are alot stronger than Volks.
I've been reading all these stories about Volks cracking.

I'd take a set of **** brown Volks over a set of Axis wheels in silver anyday.
i think gunmetal complements ss very nicely, but that's just me. zephr, your z is hot; don't see why you don't like it, but to each his own.
imo, silver/chrome=bling
black=hardcore
gunmetal=complementary
gold/bronze=contrast and can look good if done in the right shade.

after seeing 350zephyr & Jokestrap car, i automatically chose SF rims with my SS Z. I buy the rims tommo...im so excited! It going to take 60-90 days wait thought but winter is here and i have no use for them. -=D
Personally, i think Gunmetal on SS is freakin hawt! I hate to say it but thats the only color that goes with SS. Black looks ok but I cant put on my finger on it just doesnt compliment SS well. Silver is terrible on SS, too bright for SS.
