Im sure it's a stupid question but...

Whats the difference between a High Polished, Unfinished lip and a Machined Polished Lip? ?

These are my insanely dumbed down answers to best explain each...

high polished - almost chrome look without being chrome. The metal is polished to a mirror-like state.

Unfinished lip - nothing is done to the lip after being spun/cast.

Machined lip - the lip is machined on a lathe and will give a brilliant shine but typically you can see the turning lines on these. A great example of this is on a lot of the Honda factory alloy wheels. If you look close you'll see the turning lines running around the wheel.
