Used price for OEM Nontrack 18"s (need response quickly)

Hey need a quick response, what's a fair used price for the oem performance/touring wheels only. No tires no tps. Rears are perfect fronts have rash. Guy wants to buy them after he saw them sitting around, what's fair?
