what is the usual cost to get, mounting, balancing and installing price for 245/40/18 and 275/40/18 tires? (So Kali)

I got the est.price with kumho tires about $650 from the local tire shop.

is it normal? high? low? < sorry..such a noobie Q>

You can spend $400 to $1,000 for 4 tires. Depends what you want. I have posted Consumer Reports recommendations a dozen times. Please search.
