Default Need tire advice quick

Riding around on a doughnut right now and need to replace the front tire quickly. The only shop that has anything in stock available today has Pirellis. However...he says they don't have a 225/50R17 for the stock 17" rims. Will a 235/50R17 be OK???? Would there be any problems or potential problems with getting this tire size?? I need to replace it ASAP. Thanks for any info

So I shouldn't have any problems with putting a 235/50 R17 on the front then?

are you gonna be replace 1 front or both front tires? if you are changing just one, then you need it to match the other 225.

also, i haven't looked at the oem 17s in awhile, but whats the size of the rear tire? isn't it a 235/50/17? cuz if you are gonna run all 4 tires that are the same size, you might run into some "slip" light problems (depending on what model your z is)

I was planning on getting 2 new tires for the front (possibly even just get all 4 at the same time). And my Z is just the base model...so no VDC. So I'm good to go with 235/50 all the way around right.

Would I be able to go from 245 on my stock 06 rear wheels to 265? Would I need to worry about problems if I did this?

Did you use the chart above for the proper tires sizes? What sizes did you select?
