What is the Difference Between a DRS and DRM type Wheel Spacer?

Default What is the Difference Between a DRS and DRM type Wheel Spacer?
I am looking in to getting a set of H&R Spacer when I finally Buy a Set of wheels due to the set im wanting only comming in a +40 Offset. I am thinking of a 20mm Spacer, but I'm not sure what a DRS Type Spacer is and what is involved in mounting it?

Any help would be appreciated!!
