Too little info, eg, width, offset, etc. But from the look of it I would vote no.
Do YOU like it? Will it fit w/ other appearance/performance mods you're planning? There are so many really beautiful wheels out there, at affordable prices--sometimes it's better to search this forum, look @ what others have done, maybe even get an expert to photoshop. The worst thing is to buy a product on impulse and regret it later. Take your time. Don't spend the money twice.

I would agree with everyone and say no, if you want a no lip rim, i would go with stock G 19's. I think they look very nice, and you can probably find a used set at a comparable price
