Default rear michelin pilot sports odd wear pattern?

anybody out there have a similar wear problem as mine.
my rears have 7500 miles on them and have developed what appears to be overinflation wear. the middle of the tread is worn lower than the outsides.
they have always had 35 psi in them.and now they are making a rhymthic rotational sound that i find annoying. they origional bridgestones lasted 20,ooo miles with 35 psi and had absolutely no strange wear.
i have lowered the air pressure to 28 psi hoping the outsides of the tire will wear down to the center...will it work? is there a problem with the pilot sports on the rear of a 350, ya know the tire compound or construction may not be compatible in some way?

I have Michellin Pilot Sports and I haven't had any problems with them yet. Not even feathering. You might need your wheels balanced and aligned.

I had a set on the back of my Z (Touring) 275/40/18 and had similar wear issue, but I was running 35-45psi depending on driving conditions

if they are stock size it should be around 34...if you went bigger like a 275 int he rear then you should run them at 32

Mine are doing great - 10,000 miles, took them off last night, not a bit of wear. I also have my car lowered with Tien H-techs and never had it realigned after the drop. I did have the tire feathering TSB done before I dropped it though.
