My 03 has 10,000 miles on it. I've had every TSB problem that has come out. I'm getting ready to take it in for the 3rd time for the suspension popping problem. The TSB fix has been done the last 2 times and didn't work. I think my dealer is doing their job but the typical fix isn't doing it. Even my salesman suggested talking to Nissan direct and seeing what they can do.

I'd really like to upgrade to an 06 and start over but I don't want to take the major hit in the trade. I remember someone posting that they sued Nissan and won but I really would rather not do that.

Has anyone had luck getting Nissan Customer Care to kick in some $$$ based on a history of problems such as these?
