Default Any demand for 06' stock touring rims and tires?

Just curious. I'm considering getting the LMGT4 with 245/40/18 fronts and 275/40/18 rears before I take delivery of our IF Touring coupe due to arrive approximately 3/24 (according to our dealer, who received the VIN number just yesterday). My question is, does anyone know if there's any demand for my stock 225/45/18 fronts and 245/45/18 rears (W series tires, no idea what brand comes OEM on the Z... Potenzas I think) including wheels? They'd have virtually no miles as I'd likely change out the tires and rims either at the dealer on delivery day, or within a day or two. In that case the stock tires and rims would have maybe 50 miles or so on them. Preferably I'd prefer a local buyer so no shipping would be involved. I'm in South Central Wisconsin.

Another question would be in regards to the tire pressure sensor system on the Z. If I were to buy the NISMO wheels as part of a mail order package including tires (i.e. TireRack or similar) how would it work with the TPS? Am I mistaken, or isn't the TPS needing to be mounted somehow on the wheel before the tire is mounted? I may be way off on this

Yea, the unit must be removed from the stock rims and placed on the new rims. I didn't do this with mine and the stupid light keeps flashing on my dash. Also, even if I did move it I have a feeling it would still be flashing as the pressure in my new tires must be around 45 psi where-as stock was 32 I believe.

What I kind of thought. So it sounds like it would be best to buy the tires and rims separately, take them to the dealer at delivery and have them mount the TPS, mount the tires, balance, and then reset the TPS system? I've never considered taking tires and wheels to a new car dealer for mounting and balancing. Hope they're setup to do a good job Or can any tire/wheel shop do the TPS work?

Thanks.

There is demand for everything. The hot OEM 350Z item is the Rays wheels. At the bottom of the list is the 17-inch OEM wheels.

I really dig the new 5 spoke style... Kinda american muscle, but looks perfect on the Z. I'm sure you can get someone to buy em, heck I would if I didn't already have my wants prioitized and budgeted..
