Do any of you members know of a Chromer to fix a set of Volks??

I posted another thread as well regarding my issue. I have a set of Volk GTV's that I feel the lips are ruined. A hand car wash used a degreaser on the wheel and took the clear off the lips.

I wanted to know if there was a reputable place that I can send these 4 rims to and have them chrome the lips??

Is it cost effective? or am I stuck with having to buy a new set of wheels??
