torque specs?
Had to remove the front left wheel to instal cold air intake...i couldn;t find the torque specs anywhere so i just set it to 150. could you please tell me if i am alright?

No. You need to loosen that ASAP.

hey is 90 is good, wouldnt 150 be 66.7% better?

What kind of intake did you install that required you to remove the wheel?

I do mine at 80 lb ft.. but after you drive it around the block re torque it again..

ahh yeah .. if you over tighten it you can messup your stud...

call me a noob, but how do you measure how much torque you applied to the lugs?

150 foot pounds will do it. The wheel may be cracked, but it sure will not fall off.

Tighten until your elbow aches - they back off one quarter turn.

That’s a good way to have a lug snap from fatigue.
Plus, good luck loosing them with the tiny bar should you get a flat tire. It’ll probably be dark and raining when you need the use it too !
Better yet! Torque only one bolt to 150 and the rest to 80 and get a foot massage when you brake (from the twisted rotor…)

I torque mine down to 84lbs, no problems so far. Its always best to use a torque wrench for wheels.

lol, or you can do like most and set the TQ wrench to 100 foot/pounds and make it click 4 times per wheel

so am i basically screwed since i torqued it to 150? i looked all over the manual but couldn't find it

not screwed... Just remove your lug nuts, check the wheel hub bolts to make sure they havent stretched or show any signs of cracks...
