Default Mach Lip vs. Chrome Lip

what is the difference between these 2? other the price difference with chrome lip being a lot higher...

machine lip is not as shiny and needs to be polished to keep the metal from oxidizing and fade.
with chrome i think its dipped in the color and never have to polish your wheels again. just wash and dry.

the downside of chrome is that it flakes and most vendors never warranty them

imtiaz it all really depends on the manufacturer.
some really good chrome do not flake and chip.

Ame wheels are actually polished and then clear coated.
the polish is just as brilliant as chrome when cleaned.. =)
