Default alignment with factory arms???

Okay, I lowered my car less than an inch so my local tire/wheel shop can get my alignment back to factory spec right? How is this possible if factory suspension components are not adjustable?

Sorry, I know nothing about what the shop does when they do a wheel alignment. Thanks.

Maybe not. The OEM suspension allows a certain amount of adjustment, but maybe not enough for your drop and wheel-tire set-up. Your suspension-pro will advise if a aftermarket kit is necessary.

Even if I lowered less than an inch? I hear that if the drop is very minimal, you can correct it (or get reasonably close to factory specs) with OEM suspension components. That's what everyone says at least. Can you clearify please? I'm dumb.

what springs did you use? if its .75" or less of a drop, then they should be able to get your toe within spec, however your camber will probably be a bit off. even stock inner tire wear seems to be a problem so if you want to be sure, then I'd suggest getting a camber kit.

I have the Espelir Active GT springs. They are about 0.5" drop, not much at all. I don't mind if I have camber, just not so much where I will have to get new tires every 6 months. Same goes with toe. Thanks for the replies.

The front is not adjustable, however lowering the car an inch or less will keep the front suspension within factory "SPECS". There isn't just one number that the camber is set at, it's a range of camber that is acceptable by NISSAN standards.
Even Andy using tanabe GF210 springs was able to keep his car in "spec" after he installed the springs and did an alignment.
but an alignment should still be done, to help with the toe adjustments in the front.

I installed the Tanabe GF210 spring a month ago and just got the alignment done today, before the alignment everything was off, even after the alignment done, the current stock camber measurement still off spec, the alignment guy told me they already tried their best, otherwise you may want to put some adjustable camber to bring them back to spec.

I lowered mine w/ Eibach springs & I wasn't able to get my rear wheels or my front right wheel camber back into spec. I'm going to be installing SPC camber arms & Cusco front A-arms to bring her back in spec. The rear wheel were way off, looked like this from the rear // \\. I believe the Eibachs lowered it 3/4 inch up front & 1 1/4 in the rear, I may be wrong though.

I just got an alignment as well. I wasn't able to get my front or rear camber back into spec because they are not adjustable. Toe was my only problem, which was corrected. I think I may go with the SPC camber arms for the rear and the Cusco A-arms for the front as well.

so who told to your rear camber is not adjustable? my alignment guy at work was able to push the rears out to about 1.8 degrees of camber on my car.
pretty much about .5 degree more!!!

My fault, I'm wrong, the rears are adjustable to a certain degree. You're right, I'm wrong.

I still want to get camber kits though. I know tire wear will be a problem sooner or later. If I get my rears to be perfectly flat, I might have to roll my rear fenders because I think they will rub if I do.

if you were to put the rears flat to nearly no negative camber, the car will now handle and perform like it should. that is why the car comes with camber from the factory. that is why most RWD performance cars have camber, to handle good in corners. if not, its slip and slide when you turn. my .02

If I were to get camber kits for both front and rear, should I set them to about 1 degree negative camber? Will this setup work as to achieve good handling yet keep your tires from fading fast?
