I have 16,000 miles on z.
Just took tires off to clean rims. Tires were wearing a little on the inside of the tire.
1. can i rotate the tires with this many miles for the first time?
2. If i can in which order do i rotate them? Front right for back Right?

Ummmm. you may want to check to see if your tires are rotational in only one direction. If they are that will limit you on rotation. Probably will have to have the tires removed, re-mounted, balanced, and installed on the opposite side. Front right to Front left. Rear right to Rear left. OEM tires are different widths back and front. Sorry.

 

Assuming that you're talking about the OEM tires, then you can't rotate them in the usual manner. You can swap them left to right. Here's a good post on how it's done...
