Default RS Concept/GTR Z Tune wheels..

http://www.*********.com/zwiki/Image...ept_RS_008.jpg

I doubt thats a Z tune but you get the idea..what are those wheels? They don't look like the regular GT4 rims..and are there any rims that resemble those? Thanks a lot..I haven't done much research, but I def love this design.

Dylan

PS. If they are GT4's, my apologies, but where can you get them?!

I also ask b/c I see the bend in the spoke for these but none in the LMGT4's that i've seen..so im fairly confused.

i'm pretty sure they are lmgt4s, with a crazy offset, that's why they look so concave. 19s too probably.

Looks like the rear LMGT4's, even up front.

And that is the Z-tune GT-R .

lol...ok..where the hell can I get these?

And for my ignorant mind..the offset is what does the concave?

Or a wheel like those...b/c i LOVE that look.

Well, I hate lips. I just think its overdone and def doesn't look very "racy". lol

http://www.yokohamatire.com/utcustom.asp

That def helps!

So let me get this straight...the larger the positive offset..the further out the hub is...the less the offset, or more negative, the deeper it is. Right?

yerp. negative is usually more aggressive. I've only seen a 0 setup on thsi forum. People havn't tried negative offsets yet (i think). Most common setup is 18X9.5 +35 rear, 18X8.5+30 front...i think

Considering the fact that +5 and +15 offset wheels would stick out of the fender well of a 350z, that's not a big deal. The nismo lmgt-4 sets you can buy specifially for the Z have the appropriate offsets for our cars.

Let's say I wanted the offset of the RS concept (or close to it), I presume fender rolling would be in order?

many peopel are running the rear 9.5 "traditional" setup all around on a Z, that gives you the desired look.

if you want them really agressive, you will ahve to add a small spacer to the front.

Hypersprite adn peruvian and us hm all run that setup. another brother runs the 9.5 rear 19's all around. they look real good.

The Nismos in the RS concept picture are 17s on the front and 18s on the back.

You could fit the 9.5x18 +30 wheels on all four corners if you want to have concave fronts (with no fender rolling). It would look like this

Then just get them powder coated and add new Nismo stickers.

ok, the Skyline has a different offset than the Z (+5) and the Z size would be a +30... even though I think they offer a +25, which I would get.

they also offer a limited edition Black LMgt4 in the sizes you want... but the silver are easier to get, and you can have them powdercoated either flat black or gloss.

I like the 18 x 9.5 +30's all around idea..how much does powdercoating usually cost?
