Default Tires Size

I have seen that most of the people are running 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear

Does anyone know if this setup 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 is recommendable?

30 series on the rear will be too short and will probably cause all kinds of VDC problems. The 245/275 pair is the most common recommended size because it pretty much keeps the same stagger as stock.

For people who upgrade to 8½/9½ 18" rims, 245/40/18 and 275/40/18 is the preferred tire. If you're upgrading to 19" wheels, then 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 is the way to go.
