Not quite. You can get them in a +12 but you'll be rolling the fenders before you ever get them mounted.
The +20 offset you can get away with not having to roll the fenders (barely) depending on your tire selection. Wheels just look tacky with streched tires not to mention being somwhat dangerous.

 

Anybody remember how much they weigh? I recall the 21 pound range, but I've lost a few brain cells recently.
