Default another stagger ? is .2" to small of a diff for VDC?

I am currently running 235/40/18 and 255/40/18 RT-615's on 9" rims. I really want wider tires but the size selection in 615's is tough. I was thinking about going to a 265/35/18 & 275/35/18 but that would only be a .2" diff between F&R. Is anyone running a differance that small without VDC problems?
Thanks

A 10mm difference in tire height is perfect for VDC.

If you look at it this way there is only 2 possible ways to setup your tires. Either using stock overall diameters or the stock staggered difference in inches. Staying as close to stock is probably best.

Stock 03 18's are 25.8Fr
Stock 03 rears are 26.8rr

So if you either stay close to that overall diameter and maintain 1" between front and rear you will not have a problem.

I personally think its calibrated to be 1" different from front to rear so it can calculate wheel spin. Just stay close to the stock overall diameter and 1" difference and you'll see no problems.
