For those who have shipped used wheels/tires in the states, what's the procedure? I ask because i am going to pick up my new wheels tomorrow in Seattle, and have the stock wheels ship back through DHL to myself at my house in Canada. Do I need to have a US address to ship? Can I use my US friend's address and name to ship it or do I have to have my friend there to help me? Can I ask the vendor whom I bought the wheels from initiate the shipment and I just give DHL the wheels to ship?
What would be the approximtate cost for the shippment (and custom/tax if anybody knows)

DHL will sip anywhere in the world. As for preparation, ask DHL for recommendations.
