This year, after constant harassment about riding on 'skippies' from a few of my friends, I finally decided to get some new shoes for the car. I decided on Volk GT-S. I called a few dealers, and I finally found one that had the Diamond Black in stock. I got so excited, I put my downpayment on it right away, and then I got carried away ... I bought my stoptech BBK and veilside Under body spoiler to compliment it. Everything has arrived already .... EXCEPT MY WHEELS!! The vendor finally called me and told me that the hold up was that when he opened the box, he realized that it was actually titanium gunmetal and not Diamond Black, and that he may not be getting Diamond Black until the end of the month .. which is basically the end of the summer. THIS SUX!! .... Anyway, I have dealt with this vendor before, and they have gotten nothing but good reviews on this board, so I know it was an honest mistake. Also, the vendor didnt put the full charge on my credit card or anything, but I am disappointed nonetheless... Just felt like sharing.

 

What color is your car, I have GT-7's in gunmetal and love the color. My car is silver but gunmetal compliments almost any color. Do a search on wheels and look at the cars with gunmetal, you might decide differently. I do feel your pain though, been there.

i have an ss as well. imo i like the gunmetal volks. they compliment the ss.

clear sector - those gt-s are awesome. how big is that rear lip. it looks huge?
are those 9.5 and 10.5 in the rear?
