Where to buy tires and rim combo?
I am getting an '04 ZR and it needs new tires. So my thought is a pre mounted set with rims. I would buy used if I find the right deal, but was wondering what you guys know about good dealers.
Thanks
Thanks
I don't have a budget per se, just because I don't know what people are paying. I have to think it will be a bit 'til I get over the hump of buying the ZR. I like the rime you have there. How much was that set up? What does staggered mean, I'm a newbie.
www.tirerack.com and www.tires.com are two known retailers. Also, ebay has good deals sometimes too.
I'm sure there are some good vendors on here too.
It really depends on what you're looking for.

Falkens are okay.. it really depends on personal preference. I've always been a big Pirelli fan. For daily diving the PZero Nero tires are a nice choice.
Go back to the tirerack site and they have reviews on tires from others too.

For wheels I can't recommend anyone but Rick at Status auto design. Great service even a year after I bought wheels from him.
Here is my set-up
Volk LE37T in Gloss Black
19x9.5F and 19x10.5R et 22 all around
Tires
255/35F 285/35R dropped and no fender mods and no rubbing

To answer your question staggered means Rear wheel and tires are wider then Front. Good luck
