Do I Need Alignment/Balancing??

I have wheels that I took off from my previous car. It has been balanced, do I need to rebalance it again before I put it on my Z? How about align my car? I only have 1,700 on it.

imo if your steering wheel doesnt feel stiff or tight and its shaky at high speed then you do if not i dont think so but just my 2cent
