Default Need help

I need to sale my stock 17" wheels & tires with 600 miles on them. I know most of you are upgrading to bigger/new wheels yourself which makes it not a good place to sell my old wheels. I am thinking of selling them on e-bay. What I do not know is what is a fair price to sell them for? I want to be fair to myself and the buyer. Please tell me what is the value of those wheels and tires.

Also, I have no experience on e-bay, is it a good place to sell them, please give me pros/cons of doing that.

thanks, Jeff

From what I have seen it looks like you will be expecting $500 for the whole set. I'm in the same boat and for that reason I'm not selling them.

If that is the case, I will not sell them. They are nice looking wheels (some pople think they look nicer than the rays, either way, I got my HREs so I am happy with my new wheels) and no matter what you think of the stock tires, they are new so they have value . Add it up, they are worth more than $500. I think someone owning a maxima or some other nissan will want them. I hope I can get $1000 or they will not leave my garage!

On a side note someone just put a set on ebay for 2500.....good luck! I totally agree. I'll hold mine to the day I see it if I have to.

$500 is about right for the 17" stocker. But I wouldn't sell it if I were you. I plan to keep mine after I upgrade. I use them as spare tires when I go up north or somewhere far, trust me, you don't want to limp home at 55 mph with 400 miles to go.

And if one of your HREs (knock on wood now!), you still have the good old set to use while your HRE is getting fixed.

You never need them, but when you do, you glad you didn't.
