06 enthusiast stock tires

im not really sure if my 06 stock tires are all season tires, do older models 03-05 17" wheels comes with all season??

Nope, they have performance potenza tires.

damn i would have to get another set of wheels with either all season or winter tires for the winter. I have a set 17X7 but the offset is 55 from Acura TSX, will it fit on the Z??? I have the non-brembo brakes.

No. All-season generally refers to tires which are M&S rated. I know of no original tires on a 350Z that are M&S rated.
