Although there are people running up to 315 on the back, it seems that it is generally accepted that 285/35 is the max you can do without rubbing... I will do 275/35/19, and I have not lowered the car... call me 'safety guy'
Cool wheels, btw. Enjoy!

I got SF challenge gunmetal.. Thats a color they dont usually make for SF challenge thats y it took a long time. so it depends on the color u want
Coming from someone who has SF-challenges with a 10.5 rear, I'd go with a 285 tire. (Previous Eibach Pro-kit owner as well)
If you're going to go with a 245 front on that 8.5 then I wouldn't make the rear too wide, unless all you care about is drag racing. For everything else, you might get a little too much understeer with a 295 rear and 245 front.
I actually have 245 front and 275 rear and the car feels great on a 9.5 and 10.5 wide wheel.
Eventually bumping the front up to 255 and keeping the rear at 275/285 for that nice turn-in slip angle.
I don't know how wide of a tire you can fit on that 8.5 wheel, but if you're stuck at 245 I wouldn't venture past 285 for the rear wheel.
