Here is a picture of the wheel and the tire sitting next to a Bricjyard Z, The picture looks a little funny because the wheel is NOT mounted on the car it is just standing next to the stock wheel.

Come on now guys... let's be nice... You are hurting my feelings

They look 10 times better in real life, I will have pictures of it on the car next week, considering they are only $1100 for the set of 4 they are definitely bang for the buck...

The style is nice, sort of looks like the BBS RS-GT or the Volk SF Winning. Nice lip too. But ADR is no BBS or Volk.

I like the wheels but, they are not what I am looking for. If you like them don't *not* buy them because someone else doesn't like the styling. If someone has a problem with them other than their style, I would listen to that.

Definitely not... I agree 100%.. they also look a little like some of the HRE wheels too.
It is still better then doing 17s. And an inexpensive way of doing staggered rear wheels with a FAT lip. Will look niceon the car...

BTW that car is not mine, I am putting those on a customers car next week, I just thought I post the pictures out there. There was a couple members interested in what they looked like.

I've seen these wheels in person, and they actually do look pretty good. Another silver Z owner was getting them put on.

they aren't too bad, NOT everyone can put $600+ per wheels, wheels on their car.

Nazar, I saw these in person at the LA Auto show, they look pretty nice for the $$ as well. Too bad they only come in 19X8

Why do they look smaller than stock?

it is an illusion, the stock wheels have spokes that go ALL the way to the outside of the lip, making them look a littl bigger, while wheels with a lip like the ADRs, look a little smaller since the spokes end at the INSIDE of the lip, that is why I am going 19" with that style of wheel. plus what good is it going after market if you don't at least go +1??

Don't forget these wheels are just standing next to the car and they are not mounted on the car. Although wheels with lips do look smaller then they are...

BTW the tire on the wheel is slightly smaller then stock tire as well, which makes it appear smaller. We are getting the right tires put on next week and having them installed on a Lemans 350z (that set will actualy be the Hyper Black which is like a dark silver) and the set in the (titanium silver) picture will go on a silver car. Both sets with right tires ofcourse... Will post pictures. It will only do justice when they are on the car...

sure looks like it. interestingly enough, I like the ADRs better, the spokes go all the way to the lip and the center cap looks better. But I am sure the quality isn;t as good.

Plus, you can't find the Sterns anywhere. I believe they're up there with HRE and Kinesis in terms of price: something like $1,100 for the Face 2.

Do you think maybe companies like Volk and Stern 'license' their wheel designs to the likes of Konig and ADR? It's so similar I would think they could drag Konig or ADR into court for copying their design.

No way companies like volk would want license their designs to comapanies like konig or stern, or tenzo r (who also is notorious for copying volk)...because when these companies copy their rims, it ruins sales for volk, and cheapens the wheel, like when konig copied hte volk AV-3 with htose gayass konig monsoons, it killed sales on the AV-3's and made the rim style so common it cheapened the image of the rim.

just my 2 cents here...

The wheel companies do copy each other all the time, But they do not copy exact same wheel... If you notice the ADR Wheel has the spokes ending through th erivets all the way to the rim, And the Real Stern wheels actualy stop right before the rivets (Assuming this is a real 2 piece wheel). So you see technicaly, IT IS NOT th esame wheel but very close.

Either way reality is Not everyone can afford a $1100/wheel, Some people only have $1100 for the full set.

I am not saying there is a quality difference, BUT As much as I LOVE THE 350Z IT IS NOT A FERRARI.

Please don't flame me for th e350Z/Ferrari comparison, Just trying to get the point across...

At the end, it is sad that someone can come up with a beautiful wheel, and someone else dips in to the fame and profitability of that design.... Just like I am sure there will be other car companies that will be coming out with models that looks lik eth eZ in the future. SAD BUT TRUE.
