Sweet! I wanna see em on.

I was so pissed when UPS sent me my wheels. One a day, then made me wait a week for the fourth one. Had to stare at three wheels in the living room while having dinner.

I mounted my wheels and tires today. I put on a set of ADVAN Sport 275/30/19 and a 295/30/19. That's some big rubber.

The weigth of mounted and balanced wheels/tires is as follows:

Front 45.2 lbs
Rear 50.8 lbs

Damn... that is light for 19" wheels and rubber that wide.

On the down side.... they scratched the face of one of the wheels while mounting the tire. They are going to respray part of the face of the wheel and blend it. I hope they get it right!!! Damn ****** pissed me off!!!

They will be on the car Thursday!

Larry - be very careful with those lugs - avoid taking them on and off if at all possible...they don't like to be reused too often (as I come to personally find out!) And whatever you do, don't lose 1!!!!

Can't wait to see how these look - especially with all that tire

that's all I've ever done too...on and off by hand (no impact gun) - but over time, the lugs began to strip, ultimately not only forcing me to replace 3 of them (the threads just totally disappeared since they are so soft) but I also hd to replace several studs too. I've had other customers with similar lugs have the same issue when they wheels are taken on and off (for track days, etc) and we've all switched to a different brand/design now

I was referring to the Volk lugs specifically, but basically any lug made of Duralumin (Enkei, Work, 5Zigen, Volk and others) will suffer the same fate at some point)

Update..... I put the wheels on the car tonight. The fronts don't fit. The offset is too agressive for my combination of tire size and drop. The 275 tire I want to run is too wide, and the car is too low. They rub.

Anyone want to buy a set of ADVANS?

Volk Ce28n's have a lip and these don't..I like the volks better but good taste.

Check this concave face biatches!

Machined Lettering! Volk don't do that! (OK..... they do on some wheels) But the Volk's don't say "ADVAN"

Sweet!

Nice...they look like a cross between the Racing Hart C5's and Work S1's.

They deserve a thread of their own, but since you're a newbie we'll let you slide this time.
