Default Tire Leak Around Bead

Need tips from tire guys out there. I had a valve leak. I had it fixed. Tire went flat in a weeks time. Found very many tiny leaks around the outside and inside bead. Took it back they fixed it with a little bit of rubber cement on the spots that were leaking. Know three weeks later same small problem but not near as bad. What should I do? I need tips if there is any? Tell them to take it off and clean and then put cement all the way around. Tires only have 9000 miles on them.I should state these are 19 by 8 with 245/35/19 and I will be putting this same tire on 19 by 9's.( I went wider on front and better offset)

Sounds to me like the bead was never seated properly. I would never trust rubber cement to cure a bad bead but thats just me...I'd probably buy new tires...and maybe find a new tire shop.
