widebody guys/wheels/offsets?

I'm almost to the point of ordering wheels. Was told by several vendors that I would run 0 in the rear and -12 in the front. My kit is V3.
Wheels would be 19x10 (F) and 19x12 (R)
Tires would be 285x30x19 (f) and 315x30x19 (r)

Really I was told by makin for the DoLuck widebody these are the specs needed.
19 x 9.5 +17 offset - Front
19 x 10.5 -5 offset - Rear
I love my SF challenges and waited to just stay with those so the only offsets close in that wheel I could find were 19x9.5 +15
19x10.5 -9 and they said the fronts might not stick out enough
So I guess its time to start looking for a diffrent wheel? Do volks come in the above offsets?
