Default confused on tire sizes??

i have a 05 so im going to be going from 17's to 18's

when i go to discounttire.com they show

225/45-18 (Front)245/45-18 (Rear)

OR

245/40-18 (Front), 275/40-18 (Rear)

which set up is going to give me the lowest profile and most agressive look?
Also the wheels im getting have a nice wide lip to them

thanks !

What he said. The tires you listed have the same Outer Diameter (front and rear) so the look (profile) from the side of the vehicle will be the same either way. The difference is in the width of the tire, and that is dependent on the width of the wheels they are mounted on.

Both pairs of sizes you list are correct for the "G" or "Z", and will maintain the stagger.

I'm assuming 25mm offset for the fronts and 30mm offset for the rears? If so, with those sizes get the 245/40 275/40 Combo. However, those wheels are listed as FWD/AWD I've never heard of them before.
