Default Flat Tires Suck

Sorry, no pics because i dont have the camera. Just ranting . The whole #@$%% sidewall is split wide open for about 50% of the tire. Theres some scrapes on the rim but i dont think it suffered any bending(praying). Was a little worried about my 17 inch spare riding with my other 19 inch tires on the way home. Could that screw anything up?

That sounds like a blowout, not a flat.

Mixing the 17" with the 19's isn't going to hurt anything except cause VDC/TCS to kick in if the car is so equiped.

flat tires dont suck, they blow.

and blow outs do suck. happened to me a couple months ago driving up to school. had to pull all the stuff that i had in my trunk out to get the damn spare out.

I was backing the cars out this morning to clean the garage and the freaking rear tire was flat. Guess it's a good thing I'm not going to work today. There's a triangular 3/4" puncture on the inner part of the tread.. grrr...

I was planning on getting new rims anyway but didn't really want them yet since the car's still fairly new and lots of tread left.. oh well.. guess it's time.
