Default Correct Offsets for TE37s?

I have been trying to find out what the correct offsets are for TE37s on our Z. I will get the 18 inch set up in mercury silver for my CS Performance. I have heard one set up is +30 front and +35 rear. The other is +22 front and rear. I want the concave face and will lower my car later. One vendor is telling me that +22 rear will rub. Help!

Don't know if this addresses rub or not but...

Per Ray's website the following fit the Z:
18x8.5: +22
18x9.5: +22
18x10.5: +22
19x8.5: +22, +29, +35
19x9.5: +5, +22, +35
19x10.5: +12

TE37 Sizes

The white star marks in the size table denote models matching big calipers of SKYLINE, FAIRLADY Z (Z33 BREMBO Caliper), CELSIOR, SUPRA and RX-7
