I am trying to put the 2005 Nissan 350z 18" touring wheels on my winter beater, 1996 Toyota Tacoma 2WD. Tacoma's have been know to put the 18" Maxima wheels with success so I figured that I could do it with the 350z wheels also. It seems like it will work because they have the same lug nut pattern but the centerbore of the 350z wheel is 1mm (66.06mm) smaller than the taco (67.06mm). I would like to know if anyone knows about wheel adapters and which one I would need to get in order to make this work. Couple of questions below:

Where could I get these adapters? Do I need them for all four wheels? Does anyone know what size adapter I would need?
