How do you guys with the wide wheels get your car washed? I have 19x9.5-10.5 wheels (nothing to crazy) but i can't seem to find a carwash that does not use that stupid rails to hook the wheels in. Everywhere i go they tell me it will cost $25-35 to do a hand wash. I want to put my car through the machines but i am scared my wheels will get ruined.

Get a bucket, take your lazy butt to the car wash and bucket wash yourself!
I have seen multiple folks here get their expensive wheels ****ed up having some other retard spray **** on them and take the clearcoat off!

why don't you just wash it yourself man? first of all, i've heard too many horror stories about automated car washes. secondly, i don't mean to be an ***, but i wouldn't trust a complete stranger to take care of the car like i do, after all, to them it's just another car. lastly, cleaning your car shouldn't have to be a chore.
just get started at the link posted above.

If you dont want to get down and dirty urself, go to an power washing station (or self washing station) idk what they call it in ur area with ur own bucket, soap and sponge. The power sprayer they have will easily clean the car, and they have a vacuum and pressured air also, to dry ur car.
Chevron at the corner of Bake and Irvine Blvd. Ask for Philipe for the $16 hand wash, just make sure you tell the detail guys not to spray your wheels with their cleaner. For an extra $40 you can get Meguiars wax on your Z..
The head guys (Philipe and this other dude) get monthly training from Meguiars hq and you can also get good deals for products on their stuff too.
Me and other forum members here get our cars washed by them when we are short on time.

Thanks man. This REALLY helps. I will get my car done by them next week and buy some goodies for my car.
