Curbed my Volks SF-Winnings Lip help!!
I curbed my new Volks SF-Winning wheel today, created about 3 inches long curb rash. Knowing Volks anodize the lips, will the shops be able to fix it?
What should I ask the shop before I have them fix it?
Should I chrom the lips? But then I will have to chrom all 4...
Please share your experience guys!!!
Help!!
and yes I read some previous threads already... https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ght=curb+volks
Diddn't find a lot of useful info...

actually an anodized lip is better overall because it forms a chemical bond with the aluminum, thus it won't chip etc. Yes it can't be polished/cleaned the same way as a painted lip, but its not going to start chipping if you damage it. If you would have curbed a painted lip and left it, eventually the paint in that area would have started coming off.
