Sticking with only the ones you listed here is my advice:
  1. Yokohama ADVAN Sport
  2. Bridgestone Potenza RE960 AS Pole Position
  3. Falken Ziex ZE-512

Notice the Nittos didn't make the list. There's a reason for that.

Ze-512s wont' do that, they are an all-season, a great allseason tire, but no match for a dedicted summer tire

Did you have a bad experience with the neogens or with nittos in general? I've heard the neogens are decent, the ones to avoid are the 555s

I'll second the BFG KDW. I run the KDWS (second car I've had them on) and couldn't be happier. 245/45 F & 255/45 R.

Potenza RE960s. Excellent tires. Have a set (plus 0 sizes) and they outgrip the stock Potenza RE040s in the dry and the wet. In addition they're great at lower temps and they improve ride quality. My only complaint would be they are somewhat noisy, but not a huge issue with this car which is pretty loud in general. Don't let the summer-only fanboys convince you that any summer tire is better than any all season. Certainly not the case. Now some summer tires are better than all the all seasons in the dry, and I believe the Goodyears mentioned here are one of them.

+1 for the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS tires, they're hands down the best from the list you chose.
