HELP!!! Advice needed...I'm paranoid

I just got my StopTech 13" cross-drilled big brake kit installed a couple days ago and am in the process of breaking them in before I season the rotors and bed the pads...but I noticed something yesterday.
The rotors have scratch marks...I'm assuming they're from the calipers, but is this normal? Will the surface of the rotors become smooth after I season and bed?
I apologize in advance for my ignorance.

thanks all_bark.
I actually called the shop and they said it was normal. (I checked the brakes again after driving for around an hour and the rotors are getting smoother!
) I can't wait to bed the pads later tonight on a frontage road...then I can have fun with my brakes
