Exclamation Tires, wheels and off set OH MY!!

Ok I have read hours an hours about tires rims and offsets. I have a 2004 Silverstone Touring Z. I pretty much know I want a Gunmetal Spoked rim. I have no intention of lowering my Z. Heres my criteria
1) I want a Wheel that is durable and approximately the same weight or less then stock.
2) I want to keep the approximate same ride feel while closing the wheel well space.
3) I want it as affordable as possible
4) Would like to have alittle more meat touching the road then stock staggered wheel
5) would like the wheel to be flush with fender with out having to modify fender
would like no larger then a 19" wheel

Anyone have any suggestions to get close to that wheel/tire combo?

I have modified a car before with larger rims and low profile tires and then coil overs. I drive alot in the city and it drove like a tank. I want to keep what little bit of the ride comfort the Z has

Then stay with the same series tire.

go with 19" wheels with 45 profile tires. Or you could get some lowering springs, theyre cheap.

19 inch wheels will make the tire look huge.
If you want 19s, get 255/40 front, 275/40/19 in the rear. That'll make it look silly, but you'll get you desired results. Ill tell you now, theres not a big difference if you get 18s vs 17s, but I dont know how 17s vs 19s feels.
