245/35/19 tires on stock 19" Rays Wheels?

245/35/19 tires on stock 19" Rays Wheels?
I need tire replacements for the stock 19" g35 coupe dual spoke rays wheels...
Some local retailer quoted me a great price for 245/35/19 tires, for 4. He said if I go 245/35/19 all around it should be fine.
However, the stock ones are 225/40/19 FRONTS, and 245/40/19 REARS.
Do you guys know if it will be alright? He also said I could go 245/35/19 rears and 235/35/19 fronts if i wanted to. Unfortunately he doesn't have the stock sizes.
Should i just go 245/35/19 all around? Will that screw up my speedo or anything?
