I ordered a NEW rebuilt steering rack from car-stuff.com 3 weeks ago and car-stuff.com still cannot provide me with tracking info or even an order status. Although they let me know they received my payment.

I have called 4 times and they let me know they will email me tracking info each time.
This last time I called they said I would have tracking info by the end of the day (I did not push for this either).

They have a 24hr phone service..
Today I decide to call for the 5th time (this is my first weekend call)
This time it was (sorry sir I do not have any info for you and there is no one here to give you info on a saturday).

For sake of dealing with a vendor that is even close to satisfactory...
DO NOT BUY FROM car-stuff.com

 

I'd get my money back.
