Question Wheels?!?!? Adr Or Enkei

Alright guys, I need your recommendations here... My choices are the ADR Decadence 19" staggered setup with 8.5" fronts and 9.5" rears with Falken 452's(245/40/19 Fronts and 275/35/19 Rears). The other choice is the Enkei PKR's in 18" with 8.5" fronts and 9.5" rears wrapped in Falken 452's(245/40/18 Fronts and 275/35/18 Rears). HELP! I need to buy these tonight!!! Ok I dont need to, but I'm going to. Thanks!

i would say enkeis, but im not a fan of the PKR. it just does nothing for me, looks wise.

decadence are volk GTV rip offs. It's a toss up i guess, but for quality/perf. i would go enkei.

Not that one. I'd stay away from any 2 piece Enkei, that PKR stuff included.

What you want is Enkei Japan 1 piece stuff that you find on a lot of track cars, professional or otherwise. What you want is the much respected Enkei RPF1.

Take a look here:
http://www.enkei.co.jp/en/p_wheels.html

Select from whatever says "M.A.T" on it.

If you still want, just go ahead and get the ADR, "And Don't Regret," but down the line, you probably will.

I dont know why you guys are so againt PKR's by Enkei. In my mind they look great, not all obnoxious and ricey. I think its more subtle, and the 6 spoke design looks a lot like the stock Rays Track wheels which I like a lot. But the ADR, I have heard of clear coat problems and what not but not too worried about that. The Enkei's are machined black(flat) and the ADR's are Gloss Black. What looks better on a Redline Coupe?

Screw it then, go with the PKR's. It's up to you man... it's your car.

But seriously, it's about respect. Anybody can wear the tacky light blue tuxedo like Adam Sandler in the "Wedding Singer" and think in their heart of hearts that "whoa, check me out!!!" But really, the majority of others will be cringing and laughing.

Also, it's not ONLY about how it looks. It's what's inside and how it's made that counts most.

Dude, the Enkei name has more pull than Racinghart or HRE... c'mon. They manufacture the wheel that's on Lewis Hamilton's F1 car for god's sake.

Just don't get the 2 peice Enkei crap, and look at their M.A.T manufactured stuff.

Agreed that looks are only a part of it, but havent heard anything negative about the PKR's yet. And it seems like the ADR's look more like that Adam Sandler comparison you made haha. But I'm not knocking you for your input man, just wondering why 2-piece enkei's are crap- I will occasionally take the car to the track but not a track car, its more a daily driver.

they look great in pictures of the wheel itself... but they just dont flatter the car IMO. couldnt find any on a Z, but theyre the same as pk6's just different color. you get the point.

I do NOT like that particular style of Enkei's wheel lineup...those ADR's look gorgeous. Yes yes they are cheap but I suppose its what your going to do with your car. If you really dont track it but just drive it around town or work, get those ADR's. just my opinion.

Daily driven or not, a track wheel makes for a great daily wheel. If you want style... get the RPF1 in SBC color and call it a day. They also come in 19's and are one of the lightest wheels, pound for pound on the market. They are also "competitively priced," compared to other much respected wheels out there.
