My review of Falken FK-452's!!
Lol i dont think i have to even ask........ better than oem? lol i feel like people would rather drive on bicycle tires than oem...... oem do me fine, so i assume these are a nice step up.
Long as the sidewalls arent softer, im sure the grip will be better. Ill never forget i put the wrong speed rated tires on my last car by accident.... Holy ****, it made me feel like i driving on marshmellows. Steering response was so delayed it was dangerous. Place took them back after like 7k miles and i just payed the difference for the correct speed rating. Got 9k miles give or take, got few more k left on those.... On a fwd car too, fwd sucks, all ya do is spin spin spin. Meanwhile i cant even spin my tires unless i do a donut or pull out sideways, drivin an auto.

I'm a fan of the 452s. Got them per recommendations from a few buddies here. I figure if a 400hp G likes them, my 310hp Z should too. Just tested in the rain a few days ago. Not bad at all.

I have the FK452s on my Z as well. They are OK in the dry and very very good in the wet. Good tire for the price I'll just have to see how long they last before I decide on another set.
Where are all u tx guys coming from? You guys never post in the DFW Lounge? No Love? I may take a look at them depending on what kind of size they offer. Also did you not get an alignment after you lowered the vehicle? Being low on tread after 3 months is absolutely terrible, unless something else is wrong after the alignment, I'd take a look at it unless u want to buy two sets of tires a year.
Sorry for bringing the thread back, but the only negative thing I keep seeing about the FK452 are soft sidewalls. Is this true? Are they going to handle better than the re40 that came with the car? Yes, in the rain they were scary, but besides that I thought they were ok. If I want to go out on a nice Sunday drive through some twisty roads will the Falken 452's respond like the Bridgestone's did? How do they look on the Z compared to the re40's? I know sometimes sidewalls are smaller even when purchsed in the same sizes. Im looking to keep the 225 / 245 size. Any input if you have them would be greatly apprieciated.
